Art - Weaving
This term we have been learning to weave. We have to remember to go over, under, over, under. We have done some paper weaving and some material weaving. What do you think?

Master Haiashi's 5th Birthday Party
We have been learning about planning and organising a celebration as part of our Inquiry this term. Room four worked together to plan, prepare and organise a surprise birthday party for our cutest member - Master Haiashi. He got some fabulous gifts and there was a lot of delicious food to share. We had decorations prepared and even a banner that said "Happy Birthday".
On Friday it was Master Haiashi's 5th birthday party. It was fun. We made one banner and a happy cake. Strata blew the candles out. We unwrapped Master Haiashi's birthday presents. - by Melissa
On Friday it was Master Haiashi's birthday party. He turned five. We got presents. I got Master Haiashi a t shirt. It had "the boss" on it. After that we got to sing happy birthday to Master Haiashi. It was fun. I had a piece of the happy cake. It was yummy. - by Hayley
